MR 2 SWPPP Narrative
13 Required Elements - Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan
1. Preserve Vegetation/Mark Clearing Limits: Prior to any clearing or
disturbing the limits must be marked with High Visibility Fence C103.
2. Establish Construction Access: Construction Entrance to be installed as
shown.
3. Control Flow Rates: Not Applicable.
4. Install Sediment Controls: Silt fence is to be installed and maintained
(C233) at edge of disturbance as shown on the plans.
5. Stabilize Soils: All exposed and non-worked soil shall be stabilized by use
of BMP C123 Plastic Covering or temporary and permanent
seeding/hydroseed (C120).
6. Protect Slopes: Any temporary cut and fill slopes need to be protected
from erosive flows and concentrated flows until permanent cover and
drainage conveyance systems are in place. C120 and C201 Grass Lined
Channels are to be used before hydroseeding and planting.
7. Protect Drain Inlets: A silt sack (C220 Filter) is to be installed in the Type 1
CB in 63rd in front of the lot if construction is not complete during dry
weather.
8. Stabilize Channels and Outlets: Not Applicable.
9. Control Pollutants: BMP C151: Concrete Handling is to be used as
applicable.
10. Control De-Watering: Not Applicable
11. Maintain BMPs: BMP 150, Materials on Hand is to be used.
12. Manage the Project: BMP 150, Materials on Hand is to be used.
13. Protect On-site Stormwater Management BMP's from roofs and other
hard surfaces: High Visibility Plastic or Metal Fence (C103) and Silt
Fence(C233) are to be used to minimize disturbance in perforated stub-out
area and driveway dispersion downstream flow path.
Kravchuk Targeted Drainage Plan Page 7
