Clean Energy <br /> Facility closure and equipment removal 0 City of Everett <br /> understand you are removing the following pieces of equipment and structures <br /> 1) Canopy and super structure including removing the footings and back filling the holes <br /> 2) Fueling islands, Bump Posts and Dispensers <br /> 3) Automated fuel management system <br /> 4) CNG compressor.concrete footing can remain <br /> 5) CNG dryer skid.Footing can remain <br /> 6) CNG storage vessels,concrete footing can remain <br /> 7) CNG compressor Control Enclosure <br /> g) CNG Fueling Stations <br /> 9) You are having the CNG supply manifold isolated and removed.The supply utility to isolate and <br /> capped at the street isolation valve <br /> 10) Power temporarily disconnected.We will have it reconnected after we install the new electrical <br /> panel la enclosure where the electrical drop comes out of the ground to remain installed <br /> 11) Partial removal of the south and west facing walls.We will mark the walls for removal and be on <br /> site to meet with the contractor to insure clear instructions <br /> We would like the following to remain in place on site <br /> 1) On the north wall the Electrical enclosure and Meter base <br /> 2) The entire north wall and fencing <br /> 3) The entire east wails <br /> 4) The 6 feet of the south wall where it meets the east wall where the transfer switch is mounted <br /> 5) All fencing <br /> 6) The retaining wall supporting the east site lathe lot <br /> 7) All of the flat concrete inside the fenced compound <br /> 8) Generator Transfer Switch <br /> 9) Phone line to remain installed and we will active in the future <br /> PetroCard would like to be onsite for the start of the demo to help identify the items staying. <br /> Questions call:Tye Klemz Cell 206-793-2125 <br />
