All other setbacks for the structure meet code <br /> requirements. <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> The single-family residence does not meet the required twenty-foot (20') front <br /> setback from the western property line. It also fails to meet the five-foot (5') interior <br /> side setback from the southern property line. It appears the residence is only <br /> approxime+ely eight feet (8') off of the west property line and three feet (3') off of <br /> the south property line.
