Cost of any work, <br /> new or upgrade, to existing facilities that is required to connect this proposed development to the <br /> District electric system shall be in accordance with the applicable District policy. The development <br /> will be required to supply the District with suitable locations/easements upon their property for any <br /> underground electrical facilities that must be installed to serve the proposed development.
