AGENCY <br /> ARLINGTON MUNICIPAL AIRPORT <br /> USE AGREEMENT <br /> THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2020, <br /> by the City of Arlington/Arlington Municipal Airport and the following governmental entities <br /> ("permittee(s)"): <br /> City of Arlington City of Mill Creek <br /> City of Bothell City of Monroe <br /> City of Brier City of Mountlake Terrace <br /> City of Edmonds City of Mukilteo <br /> City of Everett Tulalip Tribal Police <br /> VARIABLE SECTION: <br /> General <br /> 1. Purpose. The City of Arlington/Arlington Municipal Airport authorizes the permittees to use <br /> and occupy the following prescribed real property: that part of the land within the boundary <br /> of the Arlington Municipal Airport that is shown on the attached Exhibit A (the "property"). <br /> Such use is for the purpose of conducting driver training for the for members of the respective <br /> police departments of the permittees. <br /> 2. Fees. This land use permit is issued for the periods listed above and may be reviewed by the <br /> Arlington City Council and Airport Commission on a yearly basis. This entire agreement is <br /> open to review and possible approval/disapproval on an annual basis by the City of <br /> Arlington/Arlington Municipal Airport. It is revocable for any breach of the conditions noted <br /> herein. An administrative fee of $100 is required each year this agreement is renewed. <br /> Permittee is responsible for all damages. <br /> The property being utilized shall be considered rented for any day in which the permittee <br /> conducts the event.This shall include the set-up and teardown of the event.The payment for <br /> this use fee shall be mailed or hand delivered to the City of Arlington or the Arlington <br /> Municipal Airport Office. <br /> Acreage required for this usage totals 2 acres, which equals $144.60 per day. The land use <br /> fee shall be paid quarterly. The current custodian of funds pursuant to the Regional Training <br /> Group Interlocal Agreement shall pay the fees to the Municipal Arlington Airport. <br /> The permittee shall have the right of first refusal regarding use of the event site if another <br /> user approaches the airport for the use of the entire event site. <br /> 1 <br />
