Please schedule an inspection or request a permit extension for each <br /> permit listed above by 1/16/2019. After this date, work under these permits will no longer be authorized. <br /> • Electrical Permit E1709-031: Request an inspection for the Add/alter 10 circuits, supply and install 15 <br /> fixtures for this permit to be finaled/closed out. <br /> • Public Works Permit PW1707-036: No inspections have been requested to date. Request an inspection <br /> for the parking lot revisions. <br /> • Building Permit B1707-046: Request final approval inspection once the above listed permits have been <br /> finaled. <br /> Once these requirements have been met, the Electrical, Public Works, and Building permits can be finaled; and <br /> the Certificate of Occupancy can be requested and will be eligible for issuance. <br /> If work has been completed, request a final inspection within 14 days of the mailing date of this letter. After <br /> that time the permit record will be closed without final approval. If at some time in the future you decide to <br /> continue with this work you will need to apply for a new permit. <br /> Continuing to occupy the building without a Certificate of Occupancy is a violation of the 2015 International <br /> Building Code, Section 111.1.
