City of Everett Water Department crews shall make all connections to City water main at owner/contractor's expense. This work to be under separate Utility Permits to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the Water Department.Work shall be scheduled 3-4 weeks in advance. 7. As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 8. A 1-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all public improvements shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 9. A 2-year Warranty Bond in the amount of 10% of the construction costs for all Stormwater Infrastructure shall be submitted to the City prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 10. A Landscape Inspection is required by the Planning Department prior to final by the Public Works Inspector. Contact the Planning Department at 425-257-2273 to schedule the inspection. 11.
