201803290404.013 <br /> Section 10 Loss of Subsidy <br /> 10 1 Notice to City Owner expects to obtain rent,operating and/or <br /> service subsidies(collectively,"Subsidies")in order to allow Owner to operate the <br /> Property in accordance with this Covenant If such Subsidies become unavailable or are <br /> reduced so that Owner can no longer operate the Property in accordance with this <br /> Covenant and still remain in Coverage Standard Compliance(defined below),and if no <br /> sufficient compatible subsidies are available to cover the shortfall, Owner shall give <br /> written notice of that fact to the City,together with <br /> 10 1 1 An updated operating budget for the Property that reflects <br /> the financial effect of the lost Subsidies on Coverage Standard Compliance, and <br /> 10 1 2 A proposed substitute Approved Management and <br /> Operations Plan The proposal must contain proposed substitute Minimum <br /> Elements deemed necessary by the Owner to maintain Coverage Standard <br /> Compliance, such as,for example,revised requirements for residents (1 e,revising <br /> requirements in Sections 1 2 1, Section 1 2 2,and Section 2 2 1 above,which <br /> revision could include allowing non-Chronically Homeless as residents),revised <br /> admission coordination requirements(i e,revising requirements in Sections 2 2.2 <br /> above),revised staffing and security plan(1 e,revising requirements in Sections <br /> 2 2 3 above),revised neighborhood outreach plan and on-site services(i e , <br /> revising requirements in Sections 2 2 4 above) Owner's proposed substitute <br /> Approved Management and Operations Plan shall conform as much as reasonably <br /> practicable to the Approved Management and Operations Plan then in effect, <br /> provided that any such substitute Approved Management and Operations Plan shall <br /> allow the Property to remain in Coverage Standard Compliance,and <br /> 10 1 3 The proposed substitute Approved Management and <br /> Operations Plan shall not require the termination of the lease of any current <br /> resident of the Supportive Housing Facility The proposed substitute Approved <br /> Management and Operations Plan must include a transition plan detailing the <br /> provision of services for current residents through a 12 month transition period <br /> with the remaining Subsidies <br /> 10 1 4 Any other documentation reasonably requested by the City <br /> ! 1 <br />
