WHEREAS, Principal has agreed to construct the improvements at the following location which <br /> is located in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, and is described as follows: <br /> Everett Safe Streets— Supportive Housing—landscape & irrigation; and WHEREAS, the City is <br /> requiring the Principal to provide a bond guaranteeing the construction of said improvements. <br /> WHEREAS, the Principal has agreed to hereby provide the City of Everett, its officers, <br /> employees and agents a license to go onto the above-described property for the purpose of inspecting, <br /> making or maintaining the improvements.
