Install and maintain erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards and approved SWPPP/Plan. Remove upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. 7. Keep City streets clean at all times. No dirt, mud, rocks, or debris to be tracked onto roadway. 8. Protect all existing underground utilities during construction. 9. A Performance Guarantee in the amount of 120% of the construction costs for all drainage infrastructure shall be submitted to the City by October 1, 2018 (start of wet season) if the approved drainage system has not yet been installed and/or permitted by BNSF. Proof of BNSF Permit Approval shall be submitted to the City upon receipt. Any deviation from the approved plans shall require a resubmittal for review of a revised drainage plan. 10. As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 11. This permit must be finaled in order to close out this permit/grant a Certificate of Occup .
