INFORMATION FOR THE DEVELOPER <br /> Planning Department Comments—Kelsey Heyd—425.257.7275: <br /> 1. The owner of the subject property shall work with the neighboring property owner(s)to the north <br /> for installation of landscaping between the new accessory structure and northern property line. <br /> 2. If a complete application has not been filed for a building permit or equivalent construction <br /> permit within eighteen (18) months from the approval date of this decision, the permit shall be <br /> deemed terminated, unless an extension is granted. If the permittee requests an extension in <br /> writing not later than eighteen (18)months from the land use permit date,the Director may grant <br /> a six (6) month extension. <br /> 3. This is an administrative decision that may be appealed to the City's Land Use Hearing Examiner. <br /> An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 calendar days of the date of this notice. If you <br /> have questions regarding this proposal or if you wish to file an appeal,please contact Kelsey Heyd, <br /> City of Everett Planning Department, at 425.257.8731 or 7275. <br /> Engineering/Permit Services Department Comments—Benyam Stephanos—425.257.7289: <br /> 1. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. <br /> 2. Stormwater runoff from the downspout of the garage must not impact the neighboring property. <br /> 3. Approval of construction plans will require demonstration that all pertinent standards and <br /> regulations are met. <br /> 4. Lack of comment on the plans submitted with the application does not constitute approval of <br /> these plans. <br /> 5. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of construction. If <br /> reseeding is not practical due to weather or seasonal problems,the ground must be covered with <br /> mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 6.
