111,VeriRESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION <br /> SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST <br /> PERMIT SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: <br /> Completed Permit Application form <br /> Two(2) complete sets of building plans (1/4" = 1' minimum scale) and One (1) <br /> additional reduced set of plans in 11" x 17" size. Note: Three (3) sets required for <br /> properties located within a historical overlay <br /> ,3' Three (3) site plans, no larger than 11" x 17" in size. 1"=20' minimum scale; however, <br /> if the parcel is too large to fit on an 11"x 17" then show the entire parcel at 1"=30' <br /> and provide a blow up of the area where the work is occurring at a minimum of <br /> 1"=20' on a separate numbered page. Refer to Sample Residential Site Plan (COE Std <br /> Dwg: 101) <br /> A‹ Maximum size of plan sets: 42" long, 30" wide(bound edge), 5/8" thick. Alt pages in a <br /> plan set shall be uniformly sized. Number each page consecutively and staple them <br /> together <br /> Two (2) copies of engineering calculations if required, and one (1) copy of soils or <br /> other reports if required. <br /> 15. Ian check fee <br /> copy of any Land Use decision if applicable. <br /> NOTES: All documents must be clearly legible for microfilming, each page <br /> consecutively numbered and stapled. Any land use review (Le. nonconforming <br /> certification or variance) if required, must be completed prior to permit submittal. <br /> I. SITE (PLOT) PLAN <br /> • A site plan is required. See attached site plan checklist and sample drawing. <br /> II.
