I have <br /> been turned down by two lending institutions because of lack of cash flow. <br /> They do not take into consideration that I have paid off$1.6 million dollars <br /> in construction loans over the past four years. I did not file for bankruptcy or <br /> default on any of my loans. I am currently working with Julie at Coastal <br /> Bank on Colby for a loan for this project. <br /> Currently, I am in the final week of finishing a custom home on a lot I have <br /> had in my inventory since July of 2006.
