All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett'Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development'. 3. Street restoration must be done per City of Everett standard#316 and trench restoration per standard#610 or as directed by the City Public Works Inspector. 7. Full lane width grind and overlay will be required for trenches greater than 100' in length, multiple cuts within a 100' length section, and/or as directed by the Public Works Inspector. 8. There should be at least a minimum of 5ft separation between City of Everett utilities and directional boring/pavement cuts. 9. Contact the City of Everett Public Works Inspector Randy Allen at 425-339-7403 prior to starting construction, potholing to evaluate traffic control set-up, and with other inspection requests. 10. Coordinate with adjoining businesses/homeowners to minimize obstruction of commerce/access. 11. Protect exisitng underground utilities including sewer main and storm catch basins in alleys.
