All calls for inspection shall be made 24 hours in advance. <br /> 2. All work shall be performed in accordance with the permit and current City of Everett'Design and Construction Standards <br /> and Specifications for Development'. <br /> 3. Street restoration must be done per City of Everett standard#316 and trench restoration per standard#610 or as directed <br /> by the City Public Works Inspector. <br /> 7. Full lane width grind and overlay will be required for trenches greater than 100' in length, multiple cuts within a 100' <br /> length section, and/or as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 8. There should be at least a minimum of 5ft separation between City of Everett utilities and directional boring/pavement <br /> cuts. <br /> 9. Contact the City of Everett Public Works Inspector Randy Allen at 425-339-7403 prior to starting construction, potholing <br /> to evaluate traffic control set-up, and with other inspection requests. <br /> 10. Coordinate with adjoining businesses/homeowners to minimize obstruction of commerce/access. <br /> 11.
