The grounding and bonding of the panel is up to current <br /> code with a number 4 copper bond wire within 5 feet of water entrance to the <br /> residence per nec 250.68 (c1) and ground rods on north side of the home. <br /> Fenter Electric LLC did not wire or extend any circuits inside of this home, but <br /> the entire electrical system appears to be in safe and working order. <br />
