Details on Page 5 clarify the thermal break between <br /> conditioned slab and ftg's. <br /> Architect ral: <br /> X 1St and 2nd floor plans now specify exhaust rates at the range hood, washer room, and all <br /> bathrooms. <br /> All bedrooms now show sliding vents in window frames along with a whole house fan in the <br /> 2nd floor guest bathroom. <br /> CPA II roof projections have been updated to 12" and 18" maximum into the 5-foot setback. <br /> -/ Clarity has been added to page 7 for projections located in the 5-foot setback: Cor-A-Vent <br /> brand "in-vent" roof intake vent strip 36" from edge of eave. <br /> Gable vents removed from elevation drawings within the 5-foot setbacks. <br /> Last page of this packet provides attic ventilation calculations.
