EVERETT CITY COUNCIL PRELIMINARY AGENDA <br /> 6:30 P.M., WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 2020 <br /> CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> Roll Call <br /> Pledge of Allegiance <br /> Approval of Minutes: March 11, 2020 <br /> Mayor's Comments — Swear in Everett Police Officer Natalie Given <br /> Council Comments/Liaison Reports <br /> Administration Update <br /> City Attorney <br /> Public Comment <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> (1) Adopt Resolution authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,418,809.83 for the period of February 29, 2020 through March 6, 2020. <br /> (2) Adopt Resolution authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the <br /> amount of $4,315,838.75 for the period ending February 29, 2020. <br /> (3) Authorize the Mayor to sign the 3600 Smith Street Clean Up - Change Order No. 1 <br /> with IO Environmental and Infrastructure, Inc. in the amount of $72,863.42. <br /> (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Service Agreement with Nelson/Nygaard <br /> regarding local transit services' option analysis-Phase 2 in an amount not to exceed <br /> $164,174.00. <br /> (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with HDR, Inc. to <br /> provide engineering services for the Port Gardner Storage Facility-Facilities Plan in <br /> the amount of $997,885. <br /> (6) Accept the construction of the Evergreen Branch Library Expansion Project as <br /> complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Faber <br /> Construction Corporation in the amount of $5,248,803.48. <br /> (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. <br /> for SEI to SRI Intertie and SR08 Outfall Rehabilitation Final Design and <br /> Construction Support in the amount of $187,172. <br /> (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents with Snohomish County <br /> Department of Emergency Management regarding utilization and acceptance of <br /> $11,000 in grant monies from the Urban Area Security Initiative grant. <br />
