City of Everett 00 63 63 -5 <br /> 3600 Smith Street Clean Up <br /> Schedule C. The reason for the added tax is the result of an e-mail the City of Everett received <br /> from the Department of Revenue, dated 10-15-19, and is per WAC 171. <br /> Schedule D.
