3 <br /> ARTICLE 5 - SAFETY COMPLIANCE <br /> All employees covered by this collective bargaining agreement are expected to comply with <br /> W.I.S.H.A. (Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act) regulations and City policies and rules <br /> related thereto. Employees knowingly violating such policies, rules and regulations shall be <br /> subject to discipline, including suspension and discharge.
