The RECIPIENT will complete construction of the project in accordance with ECOLOGY-accepted plans and <br /> specifications. The construction project will include installation of GULD-approved stormwater treatment devices to mitigate <br /> runoff from approximately 50 acres of pollution generating impervious surfaces. <br /> B.
