The contractor <br /> worked with the COE to add system redundancy features that were not originally part of <br /> the Contract. This work could not have been anticipated and additional time and costs <br /> initialed by: were required to design,fabricate,and.source products that would meet the City of <br /> •Everett Water Filtration Plant Staffs needs.
