Attachments: The window replacements were required due to failed seals in the glazing units and the streaking Closing Ordinance that had occurred on the upper band of windows.Phase 1 was completed in January 2018 and replaced 20 glazing units on the north side and 30 glazing units on the west side of the building. Department(s)involved: Phase 2 was completed in January 2019 and replaced 51 glazing units on the south side of the Facilities building. Phase 3 was completed in January 2020 and replaced 56 windows on the east side, 2 on the south side and 1 on the west side for a total of 59 glazing units. The completed project has Contact person: replaced 160 glazing units(or 22%)of the 720 total vision glazing units from floor 2 to floor 10.
