ni <br /> EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3753-20 <br /> An ORDINANCE closing the special improvement project fund entitled"South Precinct—911 Expansion <br /> Project",Fund 342, Program 026, as established by Ordinance No. 3601-18. <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> A. The "South Precinct — 911 Expansion Project", Fund 342, Program 026, was established to <br /> accumulate design and construction costs for the improvement project. <br /> B. The purpose of the fund has been accomplished. <br /> C. There are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected revenues to be <br /> received. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. That the special improvement project fund,Fund 342,Program 026, "South Precinct—911 <br /> Expansion Project"to be closed. <br /> Section 2. That the final revenues and expensesfor"South Precinct—911 Expansion Project",Fund 342, <br /> Program 026, are as follows: <br /> REVENUES <br /> CIP 1 $457,904 <br /> Total $457,904 <br /> EXPENSES <br /> Construction $452,904 <br /> Transfer Out—to CIP 1 $ 5,000 <br /> Total $457,904 <br /> Section 3. That the remaining balance of$5,000 be transferred to CIP 1. <br /> Section 4. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this Ordinance are authorized to make necessary <br /> corrections to this Ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction ofscrivener's/clerical errors, <br /> references,ordinance numbering,section/subsection numbers,and any internal references. <br />
