This classification is only effective on or after August 31, <br /> 2012. <br /> T. Effective August 31,2012—A Traffic Control Laborer performs the setup,maintenance and removal of all temporary ' <br /> traffic control devices and construction signs necessary to control vehicular, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic during <br /> construction operations.
