E. Decision <br /> The Planning Director hereby approves demolition of the existing house at 2802 Victor Place <br /> and the design of the new house,including a deviation from the front setback standard as <br /> submitted on the plans dated 6/30/2015,with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The applicant must obtain necessary building permits from the City of Everett's building <br /> Department. <br /> 2. A demolition permit for the existing house shall not be issued until a building permit has <br /> been issued for the new house. <br /> 3. The Applicant shall comply with all mitigation requirements of the Final MDNS on <br /> SEPA 15-026 and the"Information for Developer"attached thereto. <br /> 4. The front porch steps must be as wide as the front porch. <br /> 5. The existing curb cut must be removed. <br /> 6. A landscaping plan must be submitted which includes trees. <br /> 7. Staff is authorized to review and approve the following changes to the plans submitted on 6/30/2015. <br /> These changes are voluntary,not required: <br /> • Expansion of the porch across the front façade and up to one foot further toward the street; <br /> • Changing the pillars from round to square; <br /> • Lap siding on the chimney as opposed to shingles; , <br /> • Horizontal siding rather than brick on the porch column supports. <br /> • Removal of the sidelights on the front door and the style of the door to be changed. <br /> F. Appeal.
