(3) Adopt Resolution authorizing electronic transfers against the City of Everett in the amount of $7,979,301.23 for the period of February 1, 2020 through February 29, 2020. (4) Authorize the Mayor to sign Dark Fiber Order with WAVE Business Solutions, LLC in the amount of $153,900 for fiber services.
