RCW 7.77. 060 and 2013 c 119 s 7 are each amended to read <br /> 9 as follows: <br /> 10 During a collaborative law . process, a tribunal may issue <br /> 11 emergency orders to protect the health, safety, welfare, or interest <br /> 12 of a party or of a family or household member or intimate partner, as <br /> 13 defined in RCW 26.50. 010. <br /> 14 Sec. 2. RCW 7.77. 080 and 2013 c 119 s 9 are each amended to read <br /> 15 as' follows: <br /> 16 (1) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (3) of this <br /> 17 section, a collaborative lawyer is disqualified from appearing before <br /> 18 a tribunal to represent a party in a proceeding related to the <br /> 19 collaborative matter. <br /> 1 SHB 2473.SL <br />
