I reviewed the specs on this round and found that 70% of the Everett Traffic Special <br />Provisions that should have been added to this job were not included. I recommend you remind all other reviewers of <br />these sets to really look hard at the specs, because for the traffic signal section, and I think for other sections as well, <br />they reference WSDOT specs in lieu of Everett City Standards and Plans. <br />My 90% comment form has 61 comments split almost equally between plan sheets and specs comments.
