5.0 SOURCE CONTROL PLAN <br /> Source controls will be implemented on this site such that the owner will be educated about the <br /> proper use of pesticides and fertilizers, the trash enclosures will be covered, and the parking lot <br /> will be swept on a regular basis. Should any potential pollution-generating activity occur, it will be <br /> covered or prevented from discharging polluting material to the downstream drainage course <br /> through the use of berms or booms in the case of oil spills, etc. Also, all pollution-generating <br /> activities should be covered or carried indoors. <br /> The follow pages include completed Figure 1.1, Activity Worksheet, from the C.O.E.
