Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> 7.2 Reporting <br /> 7.2.1 Discharge Monitoring Reports <br /> Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) forms will be submitted to Ecology because water quality <br /> sampling is being conducted at the site. <br /> 7.2.2 Notification of Noncompliance <br /> If any of the terms and conditions of the permit are not met, and it causes a threat to human <br /> health or the environment, the following steps will be taken in accordance with permit <br /> section S5.F: <br /> 1. Ecology will be immediately notified of the failure to comply. <br /> 2. Immediate action will be taken to control the noncompliance issue and to <br /> correct the problem. If applicable, sampling and analysis of any <br /> noncompliance will be repeated immediately and the results submitted to <br /> Ecology within five (5) days of becoming aware of the violation. <br /> 3. A detailed written report describing the noncompliance will be submitted <br /> to Ecology within five (5) days, unless requested earlier by Ecology. <br /> 28 17576.003.doc <br />
