TERRA ASSOCIATES, Inc.
Consultants in Geotechnical Engineering,Geology
and
Environmental Earth Sciences
October 14,2015
Project No.T-6116-2
Mr.Chris DiJulio
Lincoln Moving and Storage
8420 South 190th Street
Kent,Washington 98031
Subject: Geotechnical Report
Proposed Storage Building
106th Street SW and Airport Road
Everett,Washington
Dear Mr. DiJulio:
As requested, we have conducted a geotechnical engineering study for the subject project. The attached report
presents our findings and recommendations for the geotechnical aspects of project design and construction.
recent site visit indicated no signs of grading since our subsurface exploration in 2007. Therefore, it is our
opinion, that the subsurface exploration remains valid for the new development plan. Our field exploration
indicates the site is generally underlain by 1 %to 2 'h feet of loose to medium dense silty sand with gravel and
roots(weathered till)overlying dense to very dense gray silty sand(glacial till). Minor to moderate groundwater
seepage was observed between 8 and 14 feet below current site grades.
In our opinion, soil conditions observed at the site will be suitable for support of the proposed development
provided the recommendations present in this report are incorporated into project design and construction.
We trust the information presented in this report is sufficient for your current needs. If you have any questions or
require additional information,please call.
Sincerely yours,
TERRA ASSOCIATES,INC.
Carol O '+►P;., r `'
'.E(41 .4.,
Proj ee '
04
nap: 't(-2s-c, f+4 ti t
'100 , V., ''
12220 113th Avenue NE, Ste. 130, Kirkland,Washington 98034
Phone (425)821-7777 • Fax (425)821-4334
