1 . Introduction <br /> Community Transit's Merrill Creek Operation Base (MCOB) is located at 7100 & 7000 Hardeson Road in Everett, <br /> Washington, see Figure 1-1: Vicinity Map. The site includes a bus maintenance building, an administrative <br /> building, a bus wash building, a fueling station and a couple of storage buildings. There are two employee vehicle <br /> parking lots, one on the north side of the site and one on the south. The middle portion of the site is used for bus <br /> parking. The site is bound by a vegetated hillside to the west and Merrill Creek to the east.
