storm consists mostly of clean rainwater.The proposed flow splitter structures will be <br /> sized to accommodate a downturned elbow on the discharge pipe to Merrill Creek which <br /> will prevent oils and other floatable debris from discharging to Merrill Creek. The existing <br /> outfall locations will be maintained with slight modifications to the elevations. This <br /> project does not add impervious surface area or incorporate new drainage areas. There <br /> is no anticipated change to the flow rate or water quantity being directed to the flow <br /> splitters and discharging to Merrill Creek. <br /> 12. Location of the proposal. Give sufficient information for a person to understand the precise <br /> location of your proposed project, including a street address, if any, and section, township, and <br /> range, if known. If a proposal would occur over a range of area, provide the range or <br /> boundaries of the site(s).
