This proposal <br />was reviewed by the Park Board, which recommended approval. The Historical Commission received a <br />letter from the Tulalip Tribes supporting the naming but recommending the name "Hibulb Lookout" which <br />is more consistent with the Snohomish Tribe's use of the bluff.. The Historical Commission held a public <br />hearing on 10/28/14, and recommended City Council name the bluff "Hibulb Lookout." <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Approve a resolution naming the bluff northwest of American Legion Memorial Park "Hibulb Lookout." <br />1 <br />
