ACTION ITEMS: (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County Fire District No. 27. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with FSi Consulting Engineers to provide design engineering and consultation services for the Water Pollution Control Facility and Water Filtration Plant in the amount of $62,821.00. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign License to Use City Property with the Washington State Department of Natural Resources. (16) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Tetra Tech, Inc. for extending the completion date to December 31, 2016 for construction support services at no additional cost.
