(9) Accept the Riverfront Development Railroad Corridor Trail & Enhanced Drainage Channel Project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with KLB Construction allowing the release of retainage bond held with Fidelity and Deposit Co. of Maryland. (10) Accept the 112th Street SE Improvements Project as complete and Authorize the Mayor to sign the Certificate of Completion with Razz Construction allowing the release of the retainage bond. PUBLIC HEARING: (11) CB 1411-56 —3rd and final reading—Adopt the Proposed Ordinance amending Ordinances 3299-12 and 1237-86 and establishing new rates for sewer service and surface water management for the City of Everett. (12) Adopt Resolution adopting the 2014 Comprehensive Sewer Plan and authorizing its submittal to the State Department of Ecology. ACTION ITEMS: (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 5 to the Professional Services Agreement with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for the "Sewer System Replacement and Capacity Improvements"M" Project in the amount of $563,807.00. (14) Authorize the Mayor to sign Contract Amendment No. 1 with Tetra Tech, Inc. for electrical engineering services in support of the Lift Station 1 Electrical Upgrade extending the contract completion date to November 1, 2015. (15) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services Agreement with Fehr & Peers to provide transportation planning services for the update to the Transportation Element of the City Comprehensive Plan. (16) Authorize the Mayor to sign Contract Amendment No. 2 with CG Engineering Inc. for engineering services in support of the Stormwater Facility Access Retrofit Project extending the completion date to July 1, 2015.
