AMENDMENT NO. 9 TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AND <br /> PERTEET,INC. <br /> The City and Perteet Inc. agree to amend and modify their professional services agreement dated May 29, <br /> 2007 (the"Agreement")as follows: <br /> WHEREAS,Perteet Inc. and the City entered into an Agreement dated May 29,2007 to provide <br /> engineering services for the General Engineering and Consulting(GEC)Management,Riverfront <br /> Development—Civil Projects, and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and Perteet Inc. agree to amend and modify the Agreement as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Modify Paragraph 3 "Time of Beginning and Completion of Performance"as follows: This Agreement <br /> shall commence as of the date of execution of this Agreement and shall be completed by December 31, <br /> 2015. <br /> 2.
