The estimated totals below do not include the cost <br /> of either work performed by County personnel in response to Work Order Requests by the City • <br /> in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement or for locating underground wiring when not <br /> associated with a Work Order Request. Costs are estimated as of the Effective Date of this Agreement. Estimated costs <br /> may be adjusted annually to reflect current labor and material charges. This figure does not <br /> include the cost of work performed by County personnel in response to Work Orders issued <br /> upon request by the City in accordance with Section 3 of this Agreement. The above costs <br /> include the current County administration rate of 15%.
