9 ' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled"Habitat Restoration <br /> Project", Fund 354,Program 041, as established by Ordinance No. 3265-12. <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"Habitat Restoration Project",Fund <br /> 354,Program 041,was established for the planning,implementation and improvement of <br /> several publicly owned urban forested natural areas under the management of the City of <br /> Everett's Parks&Recreation Depai intent;and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the "Habitat Restoration Project",Fund 354, Program 041,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Habitat Restoration Project",Fund 354, <br /> Program 041, are as follows: <br /> A.
