This Memorandum of Understanding(MOU)identifies that nature of law enforcement support provided by the Everett Police Department to Naval Station Everett and identifies specific protocols to be followed when Naval Station Everett personnel are arrested or are the subject of a criminal investigation. Additionally,this MOU includes authorization for Naval Station Everett Security Force personnel to utilize the BAC Machine.located at the EPD north precinct. • RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service Northwest Field Office and Commander,Navy Region Northwest for law enforcement support. 91
