EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3758-20 <br /> An ORDINANCE creating the special construction fund entitled "Police Headquarters—Window <br /> Replacements", Fund 342, Program 031,to accumulate the design and construction costs for the <br /> project in the amount of$40,000. <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> A. The City Council has recognized the need to replace the windows at Police Headquarters. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. A special design and construction fund is hereby entitled "Police Headquarters — Window <br /> Replacements", Fund 342, Program 031 <br /> Section 2. Authorization is hereby granted to the Parks and Facilities Director under the administration <br /> of the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for conducting all tasks and performing all necessary steps to <br /> accomplish the actions authorized by this Ordinance. <br /> Section 3. The estimated cost of the design is $40,000. <br /> Section 4: The sum of$30,000 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 031, "Police Headquarters <br /> —Window Replacements". <br /> A. Use of Funds <br /> Design $40,000 <br /> Total $40,000 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> CIP 1 $40,000 <br /> Total $40,000 <br /> C. The appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully <br /> expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of re- <br /> appropriation. <br />
