<br /> to serve on the CHIP LRC board because I am very familiar with the program. I contribute a lot towards the program
<br /> by reviewing the applicants due to my knowledge and profession at Coastal Community Bank. I believe that this
<br /> prim is extremely beneficial to the clients it serves and love being part of helping people maintain home ownership.

<br /> I have been in the banking profession since I was 17-employed in a number of finance related fields. I have a wealth of
<br /> knowledge as it relates to mortgage and consumer lending. I previously served as the compliance officer of
<br /> Coastal Community Bank for 16 years—with a thorough understanding of consumer and mortgage banking regulations.
<br /> My loan experience as an underwriter and a mortgage loan originator under the safe act brings invaluable experience to
<br /> the CHIP LRC board when reviewing applicants—debt ratios,credit•history,collateral considerations and banking in
<br /> general. Coastal Community Bank has been a partner with CHIP offering assistance to owner occupants and investor
<br /> properties for the vast 19 years. We plan on continuing to assist wherever we can in this capacity.

<br /> List past or present community involvement: I currently serve as VP on the board of the Public Defender's Office—
<br /> Snohomish County. I have serving on the board for the past 7 years. Past treasurer for the Everett Central Lions Club
