ACTION ITEMS: (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Basic Terms and Conditions Agreement with Snohomish County Human Services for grants at the Carl Gipson Senior Center. (9) Approve the purchase of two International Model 7400 6x4 Cab and Chassis from State Contract 01513 in the amount of $184,793.69, including Washington State Sales Tax. (10) Approve the purchase of Police Vehicles from State Contract 03713 in the amount of $269,381.09, including Washington State Sales Tax. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Miovision Technologies estimate accepting their terms and conditions for the purpose of purchasing two pedestrian and traffic counter units in the amount of $10,806.43, including Washington State Sales Tax. (12) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington State Transit Insurance Pool 2014 Interlocal Agreement. (13) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with AMEC Environment and Infrastructure, Inc. for on call environmental work to extend the time for completion date to December 31, 2016 at no additional cost to the city.
