These <br /> vehicles are available from competitively bid Washington State Contract 03713. The City has an interlocal <br /> cooperative purchasing agreement with the state that allows it to make purchases from the state's <br /> competitively awarded contracts in lieu of soliciting bids on its own. <br /> This purchase will replace eight 1999-2008 vehicles per the 2015 Approved Replacement List. Replaced <br /> vehicles will be surplused when replacements are put into service. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Approve the Purchase of Police Vehicles from State Contract 03713 in the amount of$269,381.09, including <br /> Washington State Sales Tax. <br /> 69 <br />
