2.0. ANALYSIS OF THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br /> Minimum Requirement No. 1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan: <br /> Response: This report serves as the Stormwater Site Plan for this project. <br /> Minimum Requirement No. 2: Construction Stormwater Pollution Prevention: <br /> Response: A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) will be required due to the <br /> threshold set forth in Section 1-2.4 for new plus replaced hard surfaces. The SWPPP will include <br /> a narrative and drawings addressing the 13 Elements. See Figure 6 for the Flow Chart for <br /> Determining Requirements for Redevelopment. <br /> Minimum Requirement No. 3: Source Control Prevention: <br /> Response: The existing source control measures will be maintained and any modified measures <br /> will be re-established. <br /> Minimum Requirement No. 4: Preservation of Natural Drainage System and Outfalls: <br /> Response: Natural drainage patterns will be maintained to match the existing location on the <br /> site for discharge. <br /> Minimum Requirement No. 5: On-Site Stormwater Management: <br /> Response: Low Impact Development (LID) will be required due to the threshold set forth in <br /> Section 1-2.5 for Redevelopment. <br /> Minimum Requirement No. 6 through 9 <br /> Response: Not Applicable. See Figure 6 for the Flow Chart for Determining Requirements for <br /> Redevelopment. The value of the proposed improvements does not exceed 50 percent of the <br /> assessed value of the existing improvements. The value of the proposed improvements is <br /> estimated to be approximately $1 million and the assessed value of the improvements onsite is <br /> approximately$8 million.
