EXISTING CONDITIONS SUMMARY <br /> The site is a fully developed, retail/wholesale warehouse facility and associated site <br /> improvements, including fuel facility, parking, stormwater management, and landscaping. <br /> There are two (2)wetlands to the south of the site. Site drainage from the project area is routed <br /> to the eastern wetland after passing through an existing water quality vault, water quality pond, <br /> stormfilter vault, and biofiltration swale.
