Roots Forestry was selected after interviewing three qualified foresters.Roots Forestry has the demonstrated capability to provide the forestry consulting services required by the City on the Lake Chaplain Tract. • This is a three-year contract with the maximum amount not to exceed$302,978. RECOMMENDATtION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign a Professional Services Agreement with Roots Forestry, of Maple Falls, WA for Forestry Management and Consulting Services in the amount of S302,978. 15
