EMC 19.318.050.A.2 requires two pedestrian-scaled amenities where private property meets <br /> the Evergreen Way right-of-way. The proposed seating area and trash'receptacle only satisfies <br /> one required element.Please revise and show on plans. <br /> 2. EMC 19.3111060.B. requires specific parking area landscaping and frontage landscaping for <br /> parking areas. Please revise and show on plans. <br /> 3. EMC 19.3113.070A1 f. prohibits parking areas fronting on Evergreen Way right-of-way when <br /> within one hundred feet of a bus rapid transit(BRT)station. Please revise and show on plans. <br /> 4, EMC,15.31.13.070,M.addresses site lighting requirements,Please show on plans. <br /> 5. EMC 19.318,080.B. requires three "human scale"'design elements. Please confirm and show <br /> which three elements have been incorporated into the design. <br /> 6. EMC 19.318.080.C, requires three modulation and/or articulation features. Please.confirm and <br /> show which three features have been incorporated into the design, <br /> 7.
