Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> STRUCTURAL <br /> 1. On Pages 19&20,the structures depict cantilevering elements such as <br /> canopy roofs and overhead bars. The depth of the footing, members,and their <br /> connections do not appear to be designed for a particular roof,snow, or wind <br /> loading. Please provide stamped calculations by an engineer registered in the <br /> State of Washington verify that the footing and anchorage is adequate for the <br /> imposed loads onto the proposed structures. IBC 1601.1, 1604.1, 1604.2. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary <br /> to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response <br /> letter indicating how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code(IBC),2015 <br /> International Existing Building Code (IEBC),the 2015 International Fire Code <br /> (IFC),the 2015 International Mechanical Code(IMC),and/or the 2015 <br /> Washington State Energy Code (WSEC),as amended by the State of Washington <br /> PERMIT SERVICES and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for <br /> accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" <br /> a, 3200 Cedar Street (ICC/ANSI A117.1).
