These <br /> comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br /> departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the (2015 International <br /> Building Code,) (2015 International Residential Code,) as amended by the State of Washington <br /> and/or Washington State Energy Code 2015 Edition, and adopted by the City of Everett, unless <br /> stated otherwise. <br /> Review all code references when making the corrections to assure compliance. Do not copy the <br /> code reference as a correction onto the plan unless such reference is requested as a note to be <br /> incorporated into the plan. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> Provide a square footage summary for each of the following: livable area, garage, covered <br /> patios and porches, accessory buildings, decks. Specify depth into undisturbed soil <br /> for each footing type and condition and size of all footings and pads. Show all reinforcing steel <br /> (vertical and horizontal). <br /> 'Provide foundation ventilation calculations. Show size and location of foundation ventilation on <br /> foundation plan. <br /> Provide minimum 18"x 24"crawl space access.
